- The recommended age range for the casino is 21 years and older. Guests below this age will not be permitted entry.
- Visitors should be prepared for a cool climate; wearing a long-sleeved shirt and pants is advisable, and bringing a sweater or jacket is recommended as temperatures can drop, even during the day.
- Walking is required for self-exploration in Genting Highlands, so comfortable footwear is suggested.
- Be aware that the Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park is closed every Tuesday, except during Malaysian public holidays and school holidays, which may affect your plans if visiting on that day.
- Guests planning to enter the casino must adhere to a smart dress code; items such as singlets, shorts, slippers, hats, and sunglasses are not permitted. Additionally, foreign tourists must present their passport for casino entry.
