Your adventure begins with a convenient pickup from your hotel at 08:00 am, followed by a scenic transfer in a local Songthaew to Viengsamay, a charming Khmu village located approximately 10 kilometers north of Vang Vieng. Upon arrival, you will receive a comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of kayaking, preparing you for an exhilarating journey downstream on the serene Nam Song River.
As you glide along the river, the lush landscapes of Vang Vieng unfold around you, providing a perfect backdrop for your adventure. The next stop is the zipline course, where you can unleash your inner thrill-seeker. Soar high above the vibrant rice fields, feeling the rush of adrenaline as you take in the stunning views from above.
Your journey continues to Tham None, also known as the Sleeping Cave, one of the largest caves in the Vang Vieng region. This remarkable site not only served as a refuge for villagers during the second Indochina War but is also home to a fascinating array of bats and the legendary Magic Stone of Vang Vieng. After exploring the cave's wonders, you will return to your kayaks and paddle downstream, making your way back to Vang Vieng. Depending on your starting time, you will arrive just in time to witness a breathtaking sunset or enjoy the early afternoon light reflecting on the water.
