Temples, Trek, Bike & Kayak
Day 1: Temples, Caves, and a Night in Nature
Your adventure begins at 9:00 AM with a visual shock: the splendor of Wat Ban Den, a temple complex adorned with blue roofs and golden sculptures, which beautifully contrasts with the more discreet charm of Wat Phadarapirom. Equipped with a headlamp, you will then delve into the depths of the earth to explore the silent chambers and stunning limestone formations of the Chiang Dao cave. After a delightful lunch, a trek into the heart of the forest will lead you to your refuge for the night, Bann Rabieng Champa, where a simple dinner and a night lulled by the symphony of the jungle await you.
Day 2: Biking and Kayaking Adventure in Mae Taeng
Following breakfast, the adventure shifts gears! Hop on your mountain bike and pedal into the heart of the Mae Taeng countryside. Navigate dirt paths, greet locals in authentic villages, and immerse yourself in the vibrant green rice paddies that stretch out before you. After lunch, switch elements as you grab your paddles and glide silently over the shimmering waters of the Mae Ngat dam, with only the green mountains gracing the horizon. Your return to Chiang Mai is scheduled for around 4:00 PM.
