Sapa Homestay Trek & Muong Hoa Valley
Day 1 – Sapa to Tavan
Meet your local guide and driver at your Sapa hotel for a brief transfer to the charming Cat Cat village. Upon arrival, your trekking adventure begins as you descend through the village, passing a picturesque waterfall and a hydroelectric station. The trail leads you through stunning terraced rice fields, where you can soak in the breathtaking scenery while walking alongside a gentle stream. Your journey takes you to Y Linh Ho village, home to the Black Hmong ethnic group, where you can pause for a delightful lunch by the river. After your meal, continue your trek toward the enchanting Muong Hoa valley, traversing the vibrant Lao Chai village and the Tavan village, inhabited by the Giay group, along one of the most scenic trekking routes. In the evening, settle in for the night at a local homestay with the Giay ethnic group, where you can explore the village and enjoy a refreshing dip in the nearby river.
Day 2 – Tavan to Su Pan
After a hearty breakfast served in your homestay, embark on a trek to Giang Ta Chai village, where the Red Dao ethnic group resides. Your path will take you through a serene bamboo forest within the Hoang Lien National Park, where nature's beauty surrounds you. Along the way, you will encounter a stunning waterfall, providing the perfect spot to rest and enjoy a leisurely picnic lunch in the shade. Following your meal, continue your trek toward Su Pan, a quaint village situated by the road. Conclude your adventure with a return journey to Sapa by car, filled with memories of the stunning landscapes and rich cultural experiences.
