Day 1 – Discovering Cuc Phuong
Your adventure begins at the Visitor Center, where you will gather valuable insights about Cuc Phuong National Park through captivating displays of pictures and models. Next, you will visit the Endangered Primate Rescue Center, the first of its kind in Indochina, established in 1993 to protect 15 species and sub-species of the world's rarest primates, rescued from the wildlife trade. After exploring these enlightening centers, you will embark on a scenic drive of 20 kilometers to the park center, where your trek to Muong village awaits. Departing from the park center, you will trek through the lush primary forest for approximately 16 kilometers, a journey that will take around five to six hours. As you navigate the limestone rocky slopes and ancient trees, you will be enveloped by the serene beauty of nature. Your destination is the welcoming village of Muong, where hospitable locals will greet you with a delightful traditional dinner, showcasing the flavors of Muong cuisine. In the evening, you may have the opportunity to enjoy a traditional music performance in a stilt house, available upon request.
Day 2 – A Morning in Muong Village
After a restful night in a traditional stilt house, you will awaken to the gentle sounds of village life, including the crowing of roosters and the calls of buffalo. Following a hearty breakfast, you can take a leisurely stroll around the village, soaking in the tranquil atmosphere, or opt for bamboo rafting along the Buoi River, depending on your schedule. This immersive experience allows you to connect deeply with the local culture and the stunning natural surroundings before concluding your adventure.

- The trek from the park center to Muong village is approximately 16 km and typically takes about five to six hours. Ensure clients are prepared for a moderate level of physical activity.
