Begin your adventure with a scenic two-hour drive through the mountainous countryside, where the majestic silhouette of Mount Kinabalu rises against the sky. At 1,600 meters above sea level, Kinabalu Park spans an impressive 754 square kilometers, offering a soothing climate and a paradise for botanists. Home to over 1,500 species of orchids, 330 species of birds, and a variety of unique plants including rhododendrons and pitcher plants, this natural wonder is a feast for the senses.
Upon arrival at the park, an experienced guide will lead you along one of the many well-marked trails nestled within the mountain forest.
