Your guide will greet you at approximately 7:00 AM at your hotel in Yangon, ready to embark on a memorable journey. You will be transferred to Pansodan Jetty, where a short local ferry ride across the Yangon River will take you to Dala, the gateway to your cycling adventure. Upon your arrival, the cycling tour commences, leading you through charming village streets and verdant rice fields, providing an authentic glimpse into the daily life of rural Myanmar.
After cycling for about 1.5 hours, you will arrive at a junction on the Dala–Twante highway, continuing your journey toward the Baung Daw Choke Pagoda, famously known as the 'Snake Temple'. This unique site offers a fascinating insight into local culture and spirituality. Next, you will visit the Shwe San Daw Pagoda, the third tallest pagoda in Myanmar, standing proudly after the renowned Shwe Maw Daw in Bago and the majestic Shwedagon in Yangon.
Your cycling path then leads you to the Twante pottery village, a vibrant hub of traditional craftsmanship. Here, you can explore numerous workshops showcasing the intricate techniques of pottery-making, and perhaps find a perfect handmade souvenir to take home. As your cycling adventure draws to a close, your bike truck and private vehicle will be waiting to transport you back to Yangon, near the Dala new bridge. Finally, you will be transferred back to your hotel, concluding a day filled with exploration and cultural immersion.
