Day 1 – Evening Exploration
Meet your guide in the lobby of your hotel between 1815hrs and 1830hrs to embark on an unforgettable Melaka Night Tour. Your adventure begins at the Taming Sari Tower, Malaysia's first revolving ‘Gyro Tower,’ which soars to a remarkable height of 110 meters. As you ascend, take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the Historic City, where you can spot landmarks such as St Paul’s Hill, the Independence Memorial Building, the Samudera Museum, and the Flor De La Mar. The vistas extend over the Malacca River, Dataran Pahlawan, Pulau Selat Mosque, Pulau Besar, and the shimmering Straits of Malacca.
After soaking in the stunning scenery, indulge in dinner at a popular Nyonya restaurant, where you can savor the rich flavors of local cuisine (dinner at your own expense). Following your meal, make your way to the embarkation point for the Melaka River Cruise. As night falls, this enchanting cruise transforms the river into a “Disneyland of lights,” offering a unique perspective of Melaka’s illuminated charm.
Your evening concludes with a visit to Jonker Walk, available on Fridays through Sundays. This vibrant street, also known as Jonker Street, transforms into a lively pedestrian mall during the evenings, bustling with shops selling antiques, wood carvings, fashionable clothing, colorful accessories, and a variety of souvenirs. After a delightful evening of exploration, you will return to your hotel around 22.00hrs.
