How We Operate
Kavaya Travel Group operates through a distributed network of reservation, administration, destination management and sales teams. This structure allows us to stay close to our destinations while supporting travel agents, tour operators and wholesalers across multiple markets.
Instead of presenting a single traditional head office model, Kavaya combines a group base in Seoul with regional support hubs, destination operations and market representatives around the world.

Home base for Hyperion Rocks and Kavaya Travel Group, supporting strategic management, technology, innovation and group development.

Regional support for Australia and New Zealand, including reservations, sales coordination and partner communication.
